Skiing at this level now really begins to be fun. We slowly move from skiing technique to racing technique. The free skiing exercises become increasingly difficult to continue to improve balance and coordination skills. By free skiing on all the slopes in the Nauders Bergkastel ski region, by experiencing the most varied slope characteristics, such as terrain with practice powder snow, we reach the first form of "variable availability" of our skiing technique. We will attract the attention of other skiers. We undertake pole training with short and long slalom poles and a giant slalom.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

• Improvement of coordinated movement and basic alpine skiing behaviour from the basics to more sophisticated techniques
• Progressive success in learning in small groups with a maximum of 6 children per instructor
• Further development of the feeling for timing and rhythmic skills for turns with short radii
• Training in basic alpine skiing behaviour - stable trunk position - traverse turns
• Fast changes in movement on slalom courses with slalom gate poles, introduction to long slalom gate poles
• Development of accurate edge feeling
• Introduction to giant slalom technique
