Mental coaching is the conscious use of the intellectual potential of our brain, in order to achieve objectives in competition. Everything that we do has its origin in our thoughts and that is where mental coaching becomes the "door stop", which filters out the negative and lets in the positive.
The issue here are characteristics like balance, inner calm, strong nerves, stance, motivation, strength of will, concentration and targets, creativity, imagination, and awareness - all well-known terms from our coaching work.
